This application is good for listening practice.
It is linked to TED and other videos which you have.

You can find this application if followed this route on your smartphone or tablet.

This app's strength is they provide subtitle for several languages



Likewise, learners can listen pronunciation and catch the practical English in real-world

Learners watch the Not only TED, but American drama which they like and have interest.

Therefore, learners will have more interest and can get more infromation from video.

I'm not sure that this app is provided on other smartphones.

You can make an animation that using this site.

Users can choose various backgrounds, emotions and situations.

You can create your own storys.

But,
You can not change the options' expressions or motions.

 This site is much easiler and various to make animation.
You can choose the character and change their moving and actions.
and you can also add the music and camara special effect such as zoom in/out.

These sites useful to teachers who are teaching younger child.
It makes they laught and focus on subject.

This site contains a vast range of resources for vocabulary and grammar.

User can see how words are used in reality.

Especially, in 'researchers' section, there is a ' Concordance'.














User can choose a corpus, so they can find out or understand more easily in specific area.

In this site, we can also find corpus similarly Compleat Lexical Tutor.
As you can see, this site is updating constantly.



We can choose the section of spoken, magazine or newpaper and so on.


These two site are very similar, and really helpful to English learner who is not fluency in English vocabulary.

Blog Post #4: Podcast Review




This potcast of TED is Hyeonseo Lee's escape from North Korea.

She born in North Korea. She thought North Korea is the best country in the world.

When she was 7, she saw the public execution but she thought it is normal.

One day, her mother brought a letter from the coworker's sister which is contained about one family's hunger.

She really shocked because she had never been experienced hunder in her life.

She lived near the Amrok river which is located just near the China, so many people try to across the river secretly. Sometimes she saw dead bodies flowing down the river.

She sent to relative who lived in China, and she start to live in fear.

However, one day she got caught to Chinese police, but she had a answer the questions and released like miracle.

She finally come to South Korea. She realized there is a huge gap between North and South Korea. It make that she think about her identity.

Althought she had a crisis, she made a plan, and enter the university and sent money to her family who is still in North Korea.

She received the call which is her family were going to be forcibly removed, so she had to extricated her family.

They had many hardship and the last moment, she didn't have enough money to bride or fine for her family. She almost gave up.

At that moment, one man close to her and ask what happen. After her explaination, he gave to her money and he said, I'm not helping you. I'm helping North Korea people."

It is a symbolic moment in her life which shows the international support to North Korea..

Maybe it's little hard to follow her English, but she is great.
She is a defector, so her speech is really touched and felt more realistic.
Thesedays, North Korea threaten several times. It makes to awake fear and hostilities to South Korea.
Many of South Korea's young people don't want unification.
If they listen this potcast, we have to help them and remind we are one the Korean race not enemy.
